The digital gear indicator is designed to work with an aftermarket ECU using a CAN stream device to show the driver the current gear and (optional) shift light - these two pieces of information are the most important for racing drives. 

Another feature of our product are current gear calculations based on vehicle speed and RPM via OBDII, or using the gearbox barrel position sensor. 

The device is fully configurable via CANBUS (communication, shift light per gear, etc.) 

Thanks to the large and bright display, gear are readable in any atmospheric conditions. The display brightness can be controlled via CAN or potentiometer (when a gear position sensor is not used)
