The Ecumaster 400kPa MAP Sensor is a cost-effective and accurate automotive-grade manifold absolute pressure sensor designed for use with standalone ECUs and performance engine management systems.

This sensor measures absolute pressure and converts it into an electrical voltage signal for the ECU, allowing accurate load measurement and boost pressure monitoring. With a measurement range up to 400kPa, it is suitable for naturally aspirated and boosted applications requiring reliable manifold pressure data.

Calibration Data

• 0.20V = 20kPa
• 4.80V = 400kPa

Installation Notes

Connect the sensor’s three terminals to the ECU as follows:

• +5V to ECU 5V sensor supply
• MAP Out to ECU analogue / MAP signal input
• Ground to ECU sensor ground

Install the MAP sensor above the intake manifold, with the nipple pointing downward. This helps protect the sensor against fluid accumulation inside the vacuum line or sensor port.

Optional Wiring

For easier installation, especially where a compact crimping tool is not available, we recommend ordering the optional pre-terminated wiring. This provides a convenient ready-to-connect solution for the Ecumaster 4 Bar MAP Sensor.
