The Ford RS Cosworth YB Engine Loom Kit is a complete wiring and hardware package for Ford Sierra Cosworth YB engine conversions, rebuilds, and motorsport applications.

This kit can be supplied with your choice of No ECU, Ecumaster EMU Classic, or Ecumaster EMU Black, making it suitable for customers who already have an ECU as well as those looking for a complete Ecumaster engine management package.

Depending on the selected option, the kit includes a full custom engine loom, Bosch injectors, Honda K20 coil conversion, distributor cover, boost controller, relay block, base map when supplied with an ECU, and optional additional wiring to suit your build.

Each loom is made to order using AVSS automotive thin-wall wire, genuine TYCO and DELPHI connectors, and is supplied fully braided and labelled for a neat, professional installation.

Kit Includes

• Full custom engine wiring loom
• 4 × Bosch 550cc or 1000cc multihole injectors with height adaptors
• 4 × Honda K20 coils with mounting brackets
• Distributor cover
• Boost controller
• Relay block with new Panasonic micro relays

When an ECU option is selected, the kit also includes:

• Ecumaster EMU Classic or EMU Black ECU
• Base map

Engine Loom Connections

The wiring loom includes connections for:

• Crank sensor
• Phase sensor
• 4 × injectors, with connectors matched to injector option selected
• 4 × Honda K20 ignition coils
• Engine coolant temperature sensor
• Intake air temperature sensor
• Throttle position sensor, wired for PF09
• Boost control valve
• Idle speed control valve
• Wideband lambda
• Knock sensor
• Fuel pressure sensor, wired for 150PSI sensor
• ISO OBD2 CAN output for standard OBD2 diagnostics, tablets, CAN lambda, CAN dashboards, and other CAN-based products
• BHP standard multiway Delphi body connector
• Spare ECU functions terminated

The loom is supplied with fused outputs for the engine and fuel pump, with the fuel pump controlled via an ECU-controlled relay.
