The BMW E46 M54 Engine Plug & Play Kit is a complete standalone ECU solution designed for BMW E46 models fitted with the M54 engine and earlier DME43 ECU.

This kit includes the Ecumaster EMU Black ECU, an encased plug-and-play adaptor, lambda link loom, and lambda sensor, providing a clean and convenient upgrade to modern standalone engine management. The adaptor is designed to slide into the original ECU location, with the EMU Black mounted alongside it, reducing the need for custom wiring and helping keep the installation neat and serviceable.

Supplied with a start map ready to connect, this package gives tuners and installers a strong base for setup, calibration, and performance tuning.

Compatibility Note

This kit is suitable for BMW E46 M54 engines with DME43 ECU before 06/2003.

Later vehicles fitted with DME45 require a different adaptor, available separately.
