Complete clutch master cylinder conversion kit suitable for 2WD and 4x4 Ford Sierra Cosworth and Escort Cosworth applications.

This kit contains the main components required to convert the clutch setup to a Wilwood master cylinder system.

• Heavy-duty rose joint for the clutch pedal
• Rose joint spacers
• Stainless steel fittings
• Bulkhead mounting bolts
• Nyloc nuts and washers
• -3AN banjo and banjo fitting
• -4AN clutch line
• Wilwood fluid reservoir
• Aluminium reservoir mounting bracket
• 2 x reservoir mounting screws

Fitting Information

Installation requires three holes to be drilled in the bulkhead.

We normally mark the holes using a punch and drill them using an 8mm drill, although some customers have successfully used a step drill.

The clutch pedal has a hole approximately 1 inch down from the pivot point. This is where the supplied rose joint is fitted.

It is important that the centre line of the master cylinder is positioned at approximately the same height as the pedal mounting point, keeping the push rod as straight as possible with little or no operating angle.

Take your time when measuring and positioning the master cylinder before drilling. Measure twice, drill once.

Bulkhead Reinforcement

We strongly recommend bracing or reinforcing the bulkhead when carrying out this conversion, as the Sierra and Escort Cosworth bulkheads can flex under clutch operation.

Due to the modification and drilling required, we recommend taking your time during installation. If you are not confident carrying out the conversion, we recommend having the kit installed by a competent garage or motorsport specialist.
