Link 6-Channel EGT to CAN Module / Amplifier – TCC06

The Link 6-Channel EGT to CAN Module / Amplifier allows up to six Type-K thermocouples to be connected to a compatible Link ECU through the CAN Bus.

This provides accurate multi-channel temperature monitoring without using the ECU's analogue inputs and is ideal for monitoring individual cylinder exhaust gas temperatures.

The TCC06 can also be used for other temperature measurements including pre- and post-intercooler temperatures, turbocharger housing temperature, cylinder head temperature, coolant and oil temperature.

CAN Connection

The module uses a 4-pin DTM connector with the Link standard CAN pinout:

• Pin 1: 12V

• Pin 2: Ground

• Pin 3: CAN Low

• Pin 4: CAN High

PCLink Setup

A supplied LCS file is used to configure the TCC06 within PCLink.

A Receive User Stream must be configured with the CAN ID matching the CAN ID set within the TCC06.

The relevant stream can then be loaded within the PCLink CAN Setup menu.
