Link Ethanol Content Sensor
The Link Ethanol Content Sensor is a genuine Continental Flex Fuel Sensor designed to measure both the ethanol content and temperature of the fuel passing through it.
When used with a compatible Link ECU, it allows the engine calibration to automatically adjust fuel, ignition and boost settings based on the ethanol percentage in the fuel.
This makes it suitable for vehicles running varying petrol and ethanol blends, including E85.
Suitable Applications
Compatible with:
-
Link G4+ ECUs
-
Link G4X ECUs
-
Link G5 ECUs
-
Petrol and ethanol fuel blends
-
E85 applications
-
Flex Fuel engine setups
Installation Information
The sensor should be installed in the fuel return line between the fuel pressure regulator and the fuel tank.
It requires:
-
12V power supply
-
Battery ground
-
1 Digital Input on the ECU
The ethanol content and fuel temperature outputs must then be configured in the ECU software.
