This kit includes the Ecumaster EMU Black ECU and the dedicated Audi 2.2 ABY / 3B / AAN plug-and-play adaptor loom, allowing installation without modifying the OEM wiring loom.

Designed for use with the Ecumaster EMU Black, this kit allows installation of a modern standalone ECU without modifying the original OEM wiring loom. It provides a clean, reversible upgrade for performance tuning, motorsport, and advanced engine control while retaining the factory harness.

Built around the advanced EMU Black platform, this package delivers powerful engine management, wide sensor compatibility, CAN bus communication, drive-by-wire capability, wideband oxygen sensor support, and robust motorsport-grade construction.

Plug & Play Audi 2.2 Installation
Designed for Audi 2.2 ABY, 3B, and AAN engines, allowing EMU Black installation without cutting or modifying the OEM wiring loom.

For EMU Black Applications
This adaptor is designed specifically for use with the Ecumaster EMU Black ECU.

CNC-Machined Aluminium Enclosure
The EMU Black features a bespoke CNC-machined aluminium enclosure designed for high resistance to mechanical damage, excellent heat dissipation, and water resistance rated to IP65.

Sealed USB and MAP Connection
The front of the enclosure includes a sealed USB connector for PC communication and a dedicated MAP sensor connection tube.

Advanced PCB Construction
The EMU Black uses a 4-layer PCB with mostly SMD components and protective coating to improve resistance to moisture and vibration.

Wide Operating Temperature Range
Carefully selected electronic components allow reliable operation across a wide temperature range from -40°C to 105°C.

Flexible Sensor Inputs
Additional analogue inputs, software-selectable pull-up and pull-down resistors, digital switch inputs, and advanced trigger input configuration provide wide compatibility with performance and motorsport sensor setups.

Flex Fuel Input
A dedicated flex fuel input allows easy integration of ethanol content sensors.

Active and Passive Ignition Coil Support
The EMU Black supports both active and passive ignition coils with software-selectable configuration.

High-Current H-Bridge Outputs
Two high-current H-Bridge outputs allow control of stepper motors, electronic throttles, VANOS systems, and solenoids with current draw below 6A.

Drive-by-Wire Throttle Control
The EMU Black can directly control electronic throttle bodies without requiring an external DBW module.

Wideband Oxygen Sensor Support
Integrated wideband oxygen sensor control supports Bosch LSU 4.2 and LSU 4.9 sensors.

CAN Bus Communication
Built-in CAN bus support allows integration with dashboards, loggers, data systems, and other CAN-compatible motorsport electronics.
