The GDI Driver is a high-performance aftermarket controller designed to manage modern gasoline direct-injection systems. Built for professional motorsport, high-output tuning, and advanced engine development, it provides precise control of GDI injectors, high-pressure fuel pump valves, and modern sensor inputs.

Capable of driving up to 8 peak-and-hold GDI injectors and 2 high-pressure fuel pump control valves, the GDI Driver delivers the precision, speed, and reliability required for advanced engine setups.

Key Features

Advanced Injector Control
An internal DC/DC boost converter steps vehicle supply voltage from 12 V up to 70 V, enabling fast injector response, precise opening control, and consistent fuel delivery across a wide operating range.

Dual High-Pressure Fuel Pump Control
Supports up to 2 independent high-pressure fuel pump valves at 12 V, making it suitable for dual-pump setups and high-output direct-injection engines.

SENT Sensor Support
Handles up to 4 SENT sensors, commonly used for pressure and temperature measurement in modern GDI fuel systems.

CAN Bus Connectivity
CAN communication provides ECU integration, diagnostic feedback, real-time monitoring, and data logging for injector operation, pump control, and sensor data.

Built-In Protection
Integrated overcurrent, short-circuit, and thermal protection help ensure reliable operation in demanding motorsport and development environments.

Optimized for EMU PRO

The GDI Driver is compatible with ECUs featuring a gasoline direct-injection control strategy, while being specifically optimized for use with EMU PRO ECUs.

When paired with EMU PRO, the GDI Driver leverages advanced control algorithms and dedicated hardware to deliver exceptional precision in fuel delivery, including advanced injection timing, multi-pulse injection strategies, closed-loop rail pressure regulation, and improved injector repeatability.

Included Base Maps

To simplify setup and calibration, pre-configured base maps are included for commonly used GDI engines, including:

Volkswagen / Audi EA888 Gen 3
Ford 1.5L Dragon GTDI Engine

These maps are designed for use with both EMU PRO ECUs and the GDI Driver, ensuring seamless integration and an efficient starting point for tuning. Additional base maps will be added in future software updates.
