These Kits are Approved By BHP and Used in our busy Workshop.
All Parts are Top Quality from a OE Suppliers with the Correct Grade Materials.
Crank and cam gears are correctly heat treated
Hardness: Please note the hardening process on our large gear is a modern process called Carbonitriding (SAME As OE MINI).
This process does not discolour or distort the gears unlike a lot of competitors parts on the market today.
The smaller gear is induction hardened and then ground to be perfectly straight.
Be careful with competitor parts that do not regrind after heat treatment leaving discolouration, rough edges and a distorted part which leads to premature chain wear.
No Gaskets or Seals included in this kit.

Should be fitted by a Professional. Note... Obtain oil pressure at starter motor revolutions before firing. Chain Kits with hydraulic tensioners must be charged with oil prior to start up.
