The Ford RS Cosworth YB Ecumaster EMU Black ECU Kit is a complete standalone engine management package designed for Ford RS / Sierra Cosworth YB engine applications.

This kit includes the Ecumaster EMU Black ECU, a full handmade engine wiring loom, Bosch 1000cc multihole injectors, Honda K20 coil conversion kit, boost controller, distributor cover, and Bosch Motorsport 60mm drive-by-wire electronic throttle body.

Designed for Cosworth YB builds, conversions, and motorsport applications, this package provides a modern, reliable, and highly configurable engine management solution with a professionally built loom and key supporting hardware.

Each loom is built to order using AVSS automotive thin-wall wire, genuine TYCO and Delphi connectors, and is supplied fully braided and labelled for a professional installation.

Ecumaster EMU Black Included
The EMU Black features an onboard 4 bar MAP sensor, built-in wideband lambda controller, CAN communication, drive-by-wire throttle support, boost control, flexible inputs and outputs, and advanced motorsport strategies.

Handmade Full Engine Loom
The loom is handmade to order, fully braided, labelled, and built using AVSS automotive thin-wall wire throughout.

Bosch 1000cc Injectors Included
Supplied with 4 × Bosch 1000cc multihole injectors and height adaptors.

Honda K20 Coil Conversion
Includes 4 × Honda K20 coils with mounting brackets for a modern coil-on-plug ignition upgrade.

Drive-by-Wire Throttle Included
Supplied with a Bosch Motorsport 60mm electronic throttle body.

Boost Controller Included
Includes a boost controller for ECU-controlled boost management.

Relay Block Included
The loom includes a relay block with new Panasonic micro relays and fused outputs for the engine and fuel pump. The fuel pump is controlled via an ECU-controlled relay.

CAN / OBD2 Output
Includes ISO OBD2 CAN output for connection to standard OBD2 diagnostics, tablets, and other CAN-based products such as CAN lambda modules or CAN dashboards.
