Ford Escort Fiesta 1.6 Crossflow Xflow Intake Manifold Suits WEBER DGV DGAS
You are buying an Inlet Manifold
The manifold can also be used to fit Webcon 32/36 DGV/DGAV, 38 DGAS/DGMS and DCD carburettors to a Kent engine and it comes with mounting points and a water jacket ‘hot spot’ for this purpose, although they won’t be needed for an EFi conversion as the ECU will handle the temperature and the Retroject uses the original Ford throttle linkage.
A 1/4 BSPF servo take off union is also provided, which will allow the original brake servo to be used.
Intake manifold to allow fitment of Weber
32/36 DGV/DGAV
38 DGAS/DGMS (please note that one idle mixture screw may foul the rocker cover when installing a 38)
DCD
Plus Webcon Retroject EFI throttle body
To the Ford Crossflow engine
Supplied complete with studs, nuts, washers and insulating block
main union threads are 3/8 NPT
Servo take off union is 1/4 BSPF
