The Link G4X BMW E36X Plug-In ECU gives you modern standalone engine management while retaining the convenience of a genuine plug-in ECU.

Designed specifically for BMW E36 models fitted with the M50TUB25 engine and Bosch M3.3.1 ECU, the E36X fits directly into the factory ECU location using the original mounting points, wiring loom and connectors.

No replacement engine loom or adaptor harness is required. The ECU is designed to work with the factory wiring while retaining supported original vehicle functions and maintaining a clean, factory-style installation.

A startup map is included to help get the engine running ready for final setup and calibration.

The E36X uses the same processor, firmware and PCLink software as the rest of the Link G4X range and includes the full standard G4X feature set.

Suitable Applications

The E36X is compatible only with:

• BMW E36

• M50TUB25 engine

• Bosch M3.3.1 ECU
