The Ecumaster EMU Pro-16 ECU is a professional standalone engine management system designed for motorsport, advanced tuning, and demanding engine development applications.
Built for precise powertrain control, the EMU Pro-16 offers a comprehensive feature set with extensive tuning flexibility, allowing calibrators to adapt engine strategies for complex and specialised projects. With advanced fuelling control, flexible table configuration, high-speed data logging, dual drive-by-wire support, internal LSU 4.9 wideband control, expanded EGT input capability, and a motorsport-grade IP65 enclosure, the EMU Pro-16 is engineered for professional use.

Custom Functions and CAN Integration
Supports custom functions, numbers, CAN inputs, CAN exports, custom tables, and user-defined outputs, providing flexible integration with complex vehicle electronics systems.
Sequential Gearbox / Paddle Shift Strategy
Includes advanced standalone sequential gearbox and paddle-shift control, with up to 4 closed-loop stages and PWM solenoid control.
Wide Engine Support
Supports four-stroke, two-stroke, and rotary engines with up to 12 cylinders.
Dual Drive-by-Wire Support
Provides full support for 2 drive-by-wire throttle bodies, including auto-calibration.
Wideband Oxygen Sensor Support
Features 2 internal LSU 4.9 oxygen sensor controllers, with support for up to 4 oxygen sensors.
Expanded EGT / High-Precision Analogue Inputs
Includes 8 EGT inputs, which can also be used as high-precision analogue inputs.
VVT Support
Supports up to 4 variable valve timing channels, with auto-calibration.
High-Speed Data Logging
Logs to external USB memory at up to 500Hz, with online parameter analysis displayed on graph logs.
Expanded Inputs and Outputs
Provides a total of 46 outputs and 30 inputs, covering highly demanding motorsport and engine development applications.
Motorsport-Grade Enclosure
Housed in a bespoke CNC-machined aluminium enclosure with IP65 water resistance.
Optional GDI Driver Integration
For gasoline direct-injection applications, the Ecumaster EMU Pro-16 ECU can be paired with the Ecumaster GDI Driver to provide control of modern GDI injectors and high-pressure fuel pump valves.
This expands the EMU Pro-16 into a powerful solution for advanced direct-injection engine projects, giving tuners the ability to manage GDI injector control, high-pressure fuel system operation, and precise fuel delivery strategies.
Please note: The GDI Driver is not included with the EMU Pro-16 ECU and is available separately.
