Mini ONE COOPER S JCW R50 R52 R53 Timing Chain Kit W/ Reinz Gasket W10B16 W11B16A
Includes: 1 X Chain , 1 X Tensioner, 1 X Cam Gear, 1 X Crank Gear , 1 X Tensioner Rail, 1 X Guide Rail , 1 X Oil Seal, 3 X Covers & Rocker Cover Seals

Rail Specification PA66 +GF50. 
Cam & Crank Gears are Heat Treated. 
Hardness: Please note the hardening process on our large gear is a modern process called Carbonitriding (SAME As OE MINI).

This process does not discolour or distort the gears unlike a lot of competitors parts on the market today. 

The smaller gear is induction hardened and then ground to be perfectly straight.

Be careful with competitor parts that do not regrind after heat treatment leaving discolouration, rough edges and a distorted part which leads to premature chain wear.
