Pay Later:

Make your purchase today and start enjoying your Brand Hatch Performance goodies right away. Pay up to 30 days after shipping and enjoy payment empowerment and peace of mind. No interest. No fees.

Pay in 3 Instalments:

Split your purchase into three equal payments so you can spread the cost of your purchase over time.

Enter the credit or debit card details of your choice and make automatic payments every 30 days.

Your first instalment will be collected when your order is confirmed by Brands Hatch Performance and instalments 2 and 3 are scheduled 30 and 60 days later, respectively. No interest or fees. Minimum £35 spend applies.

Klarna Financing:

Klarna Financing allows our customers to spread the cost of your purchase in equal payments over 6-36 Months under £1000 or 6-12 months over £1000.

What do I need to provide when I make a purchase?

1. A UK bank account

2. To be 18 years of age or over

3. A UK residential address

If you want to make a purchase with Klarna you need to provide your name, address and email address. It is important to update your billing address in the checkout if it is different from your delivery address. For some orders you may need to provide your mobile number or date of birth, too. All information will be sent to your email address, including payment reminders and links to your online statements. It's very important, that you give us the correct details, as otherwise you will not receive the payment information.
I have cancelled my order. How long will it take until I receive my refund?
As soon as the store has registered your cancellation or your return, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Return Period is 28 days from order. 
I have asked for a refund. How will I be refunded?
Refunds shall be issued back to the debit or credit card which was originally entered at checkout.
I haven't received an email with my statement/payment information?
You can log in at www.klarna.com/uk, where you will find all of your orders and payment schedule information.
I tried to pay using Klarna but received an ‘unavailable payment method’ message. What went wrong?
Make sure you are using your home address or whichever address is attached to your personal credit file as your billing address. We need to perform a credit check for instalment plans but we cannot perform a credit check on a business address, so in these cases the application will be rejected automatically.
Please use your personal address and try again. If the problem persists, it’s possible there is an issue with your credit rating. Pay in 3 FAQs

Am I Eligible for Pay in 3 Days and how does it work? 

To use Pay in 3 you much be at least 18 years old. This is subject to your financial circumstances and when using pay in 3, Klarnas assessment will not affect your credit rating.

Pay in 3 easy payments will allow you to spread the cost of your purchase over 3 equal payments. The payment for each instalment will automatically be collected from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. your first instalment will be collected when your order is confirmed by Brands Hatch Performance and instalments 2 and 3 will be scheduled for 30 and 60 days later respectively

How Does Pay in 3 or Pay Later Work?

1. Fill your basket with the items you would like to buy

2. Go to the Checkout, Fill you Details & Address out (All Orders are sent to the Billing Address) 

3. Checkout with Klarna and choose the payment option that suits you

4. For Pay in 3 or Pay Later there will also be a soft credit check on application to determine if you are eligible for this payment method. These do not impact your credit file, at application or if a payment is missed or late.

5. Klarna will send you an email confirmation and reminders when it's time to pay and you can your orders and payments in the Klarna app.

Will a Credit Search take place against me when using Pay in 3? 

Klarna may run a soft credit search that do not affect credit scoring and are only visible to you and Klarna but not visible to other lenders. Neither Klarna or Brands Hatch Performance run credit searches against you that could impact your credit rating. 

What happens if I cancel or return my order?

As soon as Brands Hatch Performance have accepted your cancellation/return, Klarna will cancel any futre scheduled payments as well as refund any amounts due.

What happens if I don't pay for my order?

Klarna will automatically attempt to collect your payment for your Pay in 3 Payments purchase at Brands Hatch Performance from your debit or credit card you entered at checkout. If we are unable to collect your payment on the scheduled due date Klarna will make one further attempt to automatically collect collect payment two days later. If this last payment attempt fails, Klarna will issue you a statement for the full outstanding order amount which will become payable 15 days later. Klarna shall notify you when a payment is due two days in advance of attempting to collect your payment.

If you do not pay for your purchase, Klarna may engage with an external debt collection agent to collect on Klarna behalf. Debt collection agencies are used as a last resort

You will not be charged fees or interest for late and/or missed repayment(s). Your credit score will not be impacted by using Klarnas Pay in 3 product even if you have failed to pay on time. If you fail to make a payment you will be in default, and maybe be unable to use Klarna in the future. 

Can i Pay before the Due date?

No this is currently not possible with Klarnas Pay in 3 Product. 

Have you received my payment?

Klarna will notify you via email and notify when a payment is due and when this has successfully been collected, or in the unlikely event of your payment failing. If a payment has been collected but you have not received payment confirmation, you can always check the status of your order and payments by logging in at www.klarna.com/uk.

What happens to my statement, when I've returned the goods?

Once Brands Hatch Performance have received the return (partial or full) and you have received their confirmation of this, an updated statement with an adjusted payment schedule will be sent to you by Klarna if a partial return has been made. When a full return is made, we shall refund any payments collected and cancel any scheduled payments

Pay Later FAQs

Am I Eligible for Pay Later and how does it work?

To use Pay Later you much be at least 18 years old. This is subject to your financial circumstances and when using pay in 3, Klarnas assessment will not affect your credit rating.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with payment instructions within two days from klarna. You will then have 30 days to try your order and only pay when you are happy. Complete the payment online, at your convenience with no extra cost. you can pay by credit or debit card at www.klarna.com/uk.

How Does Pay in 3 or Pay Later Work?

1. Fill your basket with the items you would like to buy

2. Go to the Checkout, Fill you Details & Address out (All Orders are sent to the Billing Address) 

3. Checkout with Klarna and choose the payment option that suits you

I've received a statement, but I've not yet received my goods?

If your goods have not been received please call Brands Hatch Performance to check on your order and delivery status. You can also contact Klarnas Customers Service so that we can postpone the due date on your payment. 

What happens if I cancel or return my order?

As soon as Brands Hatch Performance have accepted your cancellation/return, Klarna will cancel any future scheduled payments as well as refund any amounts due.

What happens if I don't pay for my order?

For Pay Later payment is due 30 days after the item has shipped. To help you pay on time, we'll alert you two days before payment is due. You will receive email reminders to pay and if very later we will also send you a text or letter too. If you fail to pay Klarna for your order, your credit score will be affected.

Can I Pay before the Due date? 

You can pay for your order at any point after you receive the email from Klarna with the details of your payment on. Just follow the instructions on this email to pay for your order.

How does Klarna spread the cost work? 

Spread the cost of your purchase into equal monthly payments.

3. Checkout with Klarna and choose the payment option that suits you

4. For Klarna Financing 6-36 months interest and interest bearing there will be a hard credit check on application to determine if you are eligible for this payment method. This will impact your credit file, at application or if a payment is missed or late. 

5. Klarna will send you email confirmation of your application. 

Am i Eligible for Klarna Finance and how does it work? 

Klarna Finance is an exclusive payment method and only available to people aged 18 and over.

When you shop online, Klarnas System reviews each order to determine which payment options are available to you. If Klarna finance is offered simply select this option. The first time you shop with Klarna finance you will be asked to apply for a Klarna account. If you are approved Klarna will create and account for you and your order will be placed. Every time you shop with Klarna finance after that, you only need to agree to purchase and will not need to sign up again. The order amount will be added to your Klarna account as additional promotional palms. 

Can I pay less than the amount owed each month?

You can at anytime chose to pay the your minimum payment amount instead of your interest saver payment. Your monthly minimum payment is the amount to be paid to avoid incurring late fees on your Klarna Account. Should you choose to pay your minimum payment instead of your interest saver payment this will mean you will lose your promotional plan offer and the remaining balance will start to incur interest at 18.9% APR (variable).

How do I manage my Klarna Account?

Log in to the customer portal at Klarna.com at any time day or night to review your purchases and settle your monthly statement. If you need further assistance, you can contact Klarnas Customer Service team.

How is my statement sent?

If you chose to use Klarna Finance to spread the cost, Klarna will send you monthly statements via email with instructions on how to make a payment and an overview of your Klarna account. Once you have landed on your Klarna account overview page, simple select "make a payment" and enter the amount you wish to pay towards your balance. 

I have asked for a refund. How will I be refunded?

If you have paid for your order with card, the refund will be made back to your Klarna Account balance. If the Account ends up in a credit balance, this can be used towards future purchases or you can request it to be paid back by contacting Klarna Customer Service Team. 

I've received my monthly statement and a payment is due, but I've not yet received my goods.

If  you have not received your goods you of course should not have to pay your statement. In this case, we would ask that you contact the store and get an update on your order. You should also contact our Customer Service so that we can postpone the due date on your payment.
